מדברות
לכל גומייה צבע משלה
ומקום משלה בתוך השלם,
כמו במניפה התרבותית
בישראל. הגומיות יכולות
מעצם טיבן להימתח
ולהתגמש כדי ליצור סוכה
אחת, אך אם ילכו המתחים
ויחמירו, סופן להיקרע. בידינו
הדבר להפיג את המתחים
ולהמשיך להתקיים בגמישות
זה בצד זה.
Each rubber band has its
own color and its own place
within the whole, just like
the cultural spectrum in
Israel. Rubber bands, by their
nature, can stretch and be
flexible enough to create one
sukkah; but if the tension
is too great, they will snap.
It’s in our power to ease the
tension and continue to
exist flexibly alongside one
another.
