מדברות
מבּוּעת השפע המדומיין של
עולם המותגים, שכמו מעניקה
לנו כל מה שאנו צריכים אך
בעצם מנתקת אותנו מהטבע,
מהאחר ומעצמנו, פורץ האדם
אל סוכה של שפע אמיתי,
שפע שפתוח לרוח ולכוכבים,
שפירותיו ממשיים ואדמתו
רכה ושאינו מיועד לניצול
ולאגירה אלא להנאת הנפש
ולהרחבת הלב.
From the bubble of imaginary
abundance of the world
of brand names—which
purports to give us everything
we need, but in practice cuts
us off from nature, other
people, and ourselves—
human beings burst into a
sukkah of true abundance:
an abundance that is open to
wind and stars, whose fruits
are real, and whose soil is soft.
It isn't meant for exploitation
or hoarding, but to delight
the soul and open up the
heart.
