עבודתו המפורסמת של
אנדי וורהול "פחיות המרק
של קמפבל" מבקשת
לבטא בחדוּת את האחידות
התעשייתית בעידן המודרני.
סוכה זו מתכתבת עם
היצירה הידועה ומבקשת
לבטא דווקא את המחזוריות
האחידה של החגים, שהיא
אמנם מסגרת נחוצה לחיים,
אך לעתים מצמצמת את
המורכבות החגיגית לכדי
מטלה חדגונית ומשעממת.
AndyWarhol’s famous
“Campbell’s Soup Can”is
an attempt to offer a keen
expression of industrial
uniformity in the modern
age. This sukkah relates
to that well-known work
and tries to express the
uniform cyclical nature of
the festivals—a necessary
framework for life, but one
that sometimes constricts
the holiday complexity to
a monotonous and boring
task.
