מדברות
כשאנשים המתמודדים
עם מחלה נפשית נאבקים
להיחלץ מהקושי, הם נאלצים
לחדור בכאב ובתסכול
דרך סטיגמות של החברה
הסובבת, אשר מדירה
וסוגרת אותם במעין כלוב.
יסודות הסוכה העשויים חמר
מסמלים גמישות חברתית
והכרה בשבריריות האנושית,
ואולי בזכותן יזכה כל אחד
לסובלנות ולקבלה בדיוק כמו
שהוא.
When people who are
dealing with mental illness
wrestle to recover, they are
forced to penetrate, with
pain and frustration, the
stigmas of the society around
them, which exclude them
and shut them up in a sort
of cage. The foundations of
this sukkah, made of clay,
represent social flexibility
and recognition of human
fragility. Perhaps thanks to
these, everyone will enjoy
tolerance and acceptance
just as he or she is.
