The 10th of Tevet: Jerusalem under Siege

In the year 588 BCE, Babylonian Emperor Nebuchadnezzar laid siege to Jerusalem, leading to the destruction of Solomon’s Temple, the conquest of the Kingdom of Judah, and the exile of the Jewish people to Babylon.

Legendary educator Rabbi Dr. Chaim Brovender (founder of Yeshivat Hamivtar, Michlelet Bruria, and President of Atid) analyzes the situation of the Jewish people then and the lessons for our times.
